Pre-order policy

Please note that pre-orders are subject to the wait times listed on the product page. We do our best to fulfill the pre-order items in the dates specified on the product page. On some occasions pre-orders do get delayed due to complications of fabrication. When production allows, pre-orders will also ship sooner than specified on our product page.


Shipping Times

Orders ship within 10 business days excluding weekends.

Please check shipping addresses when placing an order - they can not be changed or updated as orders are processed fast.

Pre-order batch shippings

If you order ready to ship items with a pre-order item then the order will ship with the pre-order item of the latest date/batch. If you wish to split the order to get the ready items first you can contact customer service and they will charge a shipping fee. Or simply order the ready to ship items separately and pre-order separately.

Free Shipping

Retail orders within the USA qualify for free shipping on purchases over $100. Please note that free shipping does not apply if the shipping cost exceeds $25.

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses and would not issue a refund/credit for such situations.

Delivered Packages:

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to start an investigation. We would not be liable to issue any type of refund or credit for such cases as the carrier confirms delivery of the package.
